摘要
财务管理工作是通过价值形态对资金运动的一项综合性管理,渗透并贯穿于事业单位一切经济活动之中,它是一切管理活动的共同基础,是事业单位内部管理的中枢,它在事业单位经济管理中处于核心地位是一种客观要求。笔者从事业单位财务管理工作中存在的问题出发,提出一些相应的对策来加强和完善,找出事业单位财政资金高效利用的途径及方法。
Financial management is a comprehensive management work, which operates funds by value form, and soaks through the whole economic activities of institutions, it is common foundation of all management activities, is also the management center of internal institutions, its core position is an objective requirement in economy management of institutions.Some countermeasures were proposed to find out the ways and methods of high efficient utilization of financial fund in institutions.
