Deepening of the Reform of Experimental Teaching and Improving the Quality of Personnel Training

实验教学是实施素质教育和培养创新型人才的重要途径之一,为了提高教育教学水平,培养跨世纪人才,从转变观念提高认识、加强师资队伍建设、改革实验方法、优化实验内容、开放实验室、完善实验考核方法等多方面进行了改革和实践,切实有效地提高了人才培养质量和育人水平。

The Experimental teaching is one of the important ways for quality education and fostering innovative talents. In order to further raise the teaching and education level and to foster the trans-century personnel, we have carried out reform and practice in multi- ple ways such as changing of our mind, enhance of our understanding, strengthening of teachers and staff building, reforming of experiment methods, optimize of experiment contents, opening our laboratories and improving of experimental assessment methods. In this way, we have effectively enhanced the quality of personnel training and education level.
