摘要
心理契约在一定程度上受到文化因素的影响,文章就中美两国不同文化背景下,员工心理契约的形成、类型、性质和违背等方面的差异进行了对比分析,旨在探讨适应中国本土文化的心理契约管理模式。
Psychological contract is influenced by culture elements to some degree.Under the different background between Chinese culture and American culture,psychological contract of employees are quite different,including their formation,types,nature and violation.The paper makes a comparative analysis on them and puts forward some management models of psychological contract which are suitable for Chinese culture.
