摘要
采硅胶柱层析,重结晶等方法从羽裂黄瓜菜中分离纯化化合物,根据化合物理化性质和波谱特征结构,将分离得到的3种化合物分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇、7a-羟基谷甾醇和3a-羟基-11aH-愈创木-4(15),10(14)-二烯-12,6a-内酯,其中后2种化合物首次从羽裂黄瓜菜中分离得到。
The compounds from Paraixeris pirmatipartita( Makin()) tzvel were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization method. According to the physicochemical properties and spectral characteristic structure of the compounds, the 3 compounds isolated from P. pinnatipartita were identified (3-sitostero1,7a-hydroxysitosterol and 3a -hydroxy-llaH-guaia-4(15) ,10(14)-dien-12,6-olide) resp. ,and in which the latter 2 compounds were firstly isolated from P. pinnatipartita
