水杨酸处理对铅胁迫下花椰菜生长特性及生理生化指标的影响 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]探讨水杨酸(SA)处理对铅胁迫下花椰菜生长特性及生理生化指标的影响,为植物生物修复技术提供参考。[方法]以浓度为0、0.01、0.10、0.50、1.00、1.50和2.00 mmol/LPb2+胁迫下的花椰菜品种"JR00X"为材料,采用0.05 mmol/LSA与未施SA进行处理,研究SA处理对铅胁迫下花椰菜生长特性及生理生化指标的影响。[结果]花椰菜种子在铅胁迫期间,发芽率、发芽指数、根长、单株鲜重和活力指数均随Pb2+浓度增加而降低;当Pb2+浓度较低时,与未施SA相比,SA与铅同时处理种子萌发率升高,当铅浓度过高(1.5 mmol/L以上)时,SA处理效果不明显,幼苗生长严重受抑制;与未施SA相比,SA与铅同时处理MDA和可溶性糖含量明显降低,且随着Pb2+离子浓度的升高MDA和可溶性糖含量升高缓慢。[结论]SA处理在一定程度上缓解了铅胁迫对花椰菜幼苗的毒害作用。 [Objective] The aim was to study effect of SA on growth characteristics and physiological and biochemical indices of cauliflower under P132' stress, and provide reference for plant biological repair technology. [Method] "JR0OX" variety stressed in Pb2+ solution at 0,0.01,0.10,0.50,1.00, 1.50,2.00 mmol/L was treated with SA at 0,0.05 mmol/L to study effect of SA on growth characteristics and physiological and biochemical index of cauliflower under Pb stress. [Result] The study showed that gemination rate, germination index, root length, single plant fresh weight and vigor index decreased along with the increment of Pb2. concentration. When Pb^2+ concentration was lower, seed germination rate increased with 0.05 mmol/L SA and Pb^2+ treatment, when Pb2+ concentration was higher, SA treatment was not significant and seedling growth was inhibited seriously. The content of MDA and soluble supr decreased significantly with 0.05 mmol/L SA and Pb^2+ treatment, and the content of MDA and soluble sugar increased slowly along with the increment of Pb2+ concentration. [Conclusion] SA treatment relieved poisoning effect of Pb stress on cauliflower seedlings at' some extent.
