系统阐述了狗骨柴的化学成分及生物活性研究概况。从狗骨柴中共分离出化学成分47个,包括二萜、二萜生物碱、单萜、甾体、木脂素和香豆素等结构类型。一些成分在抑制KB细胞、P388白血病细胞和P-糖蛋白方面显示了较好的活性。开展狗骨柴的研究,对发现新的药用活性成分有重要意义。

The study systematically discusses the chemical constituents and bioactivity researches of Diplospora dubia .47 compounds have been isolated from Diplospora dubia including diterpenoids, diterpenoid alkaloids, monoterpenoids, steroids, lignans and coumarins. Some compounds exhibit cytotoxicity toward KB cells and P388 murine leukemia cells, and inhibitory activity against P-glycoprotein over expressing of adriamycin resistant cell line, K562/ Adr cells. Researches on the plant will have important significance to the finding new medicinal activity compounds.
