鹅源2型鸭疫里氏杆菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

Isolation and Identification and Drug Sensitivity Test of Riemerella anatipestifer Serotype 2 from Geese

[目的]确诊以肝包炎、心包炎、气囊炎为特征的鹅病,分离鉴定致病菌和血清型,并筛选敏感药物。[方法]无菌采集病鹅心血、肝脏、脾脏等病料,分离菌株,进行了病原分离鉴定、血清型鉴定、动物回归试验及药敏试验。[结果]通过对分离菌株鉴定,确诊为鸭疫里氏杆菌感染,血清型为2型,且对头孢曲松、复方新诺明、头孢噻呋高度敏感。[结论]2型鸭疫里氏杆菌与多种致病菌引起的症状相似,只有通过实验室分离鉴定才能确诊,临床可选用头孢曲松、复方新诺明等敏感药物来防治该病。

[Objective]This research was aimed at diagnosis of liver inflammation, pericarditis, airbag inflammation by goose disease, identification of pathogens and serotypes, and screening sensitive drug. [Methods] Pathological fmdings, including sick goose blood,livers,spleen,were sterile collected, and then separation and identification of a pathogen, semtype identification, animal regression test and drug sensitivity test were performed successively. [Results]The results showed that the pathogen was the RA,Serotype of Type 2,and highly sensitive to ceftriaxone, cotrimoxazole,ceftiofur. [Conclusion] The clinical symptoms caused by RA were quite similar with other pathoyens, only by isolation and identification can be confirmed. Ceftriaxone, cotrinwxazde,ceftiofur were useful for prevention and cure of RA.
