摘要
[目的]探讨角孢离褶伞菌丝最佳生长条件。[方法]分别研究了碳源、氮源、无机盐以及pH值对角孢离褶伞菌丝生长的影响。[结果]角孢离褶伞菌丝生长的最佳条件为:最适碳源为葡萄糖;最适氮源为蛋白胨;氯化钠或磷酸二氢钾均可明显促进菌丝的生长;菌丝在酸性环境下生长较好。[结论]角孢离褶伞菌丝在葡萄糖、蛋白胨、氯化钠或磷酸二氢钾及酸性环境下生长最好。
[Objective] The study aimed to explore mycelium best growth conditions of Lyophylhun transforme. [Method] The effect of carbon source, nitrogen source, mineral salt and pH on mycelium growth of L. transforme was investigated. [Result] The study showed that the best carbon source was glucose, the best nitrogen source was peptone, NaC1 or KH2PO4 could promote the growth of mycelium obviously, the mycelium could grow better under acidi environments. [Conclusion] The mycelium of L. transforme grew best on glucose, peptone, NaCl or KH2PO4 and acidic environments.
