摘要
[目的]为养殖污染水体的修复提供依据。[方法]在大镜山水库设置6个围隔,设2个处理(①对照组:只放养罗非鱼:②处理组:在放养罗非鱼的围隔中均匀垂挂9块人工附着基。),每处理3个围隔,围隔固定后取第1次水样,以后每隔20 d取1次样,24 h内测水样中的磷浓度和悬浮物含量,叶绿素a含量。[结果]放养罗非鱼后,对照组总磷、颗粒态磷浓度迅速升高,并分别稳定在0.156、0.101mg/L,处理组总磷、颗粒态磷平均浓度分别为0.067、0.023 mg/L;对照组悬浮物平均浓度为10.74 mg/L,而处理组悬浮物浓度从开始的8.13 mg/L下降到1.45 mg/L;对照组和处理组叶绿素a平均浓度分别为44.87、8.83μg/L;2组溶解性总磷和反应磷浓度差异不显著。[结论]人工附着基可有效去除水体中的磷。
[Objective] The study was to provide the basis for restoring aquaculture water. [Method] In Dajingshan reservoir, 6 enclosures and 2 treatments (CK group: only stocking tilapia; treatment group: 9 artificial substrates were unifomily hanged in enclosures in which tilapia was stocked) were set up, there were 3 enclosures in each treatment. After the enclosures were set up, the first time water samples were taken, and then the samples were taken every 20 d, the phosphorus concn. and contents of suspended matter and chlorophyll a in water samples were determined within 24 h. [Result] After stocking tilapia, the concns. of total phosphorus and particulate phosphorus of CK group increased quickly and kept a stable concns of 0.156, 0.101 mg/L resp. , the average concns. of total phosphorus and particulate phosphorus in treatment group were 0.067, 0.023 mg/L resp.The average concn.of sus
pended matter of CK group was 10.74 mg/L, while that of treatment group was decreased from 8.13 mg/L to 1.45 mg/L. The average concns. of chlorophyll a of CK and treatment groups were 44.87, 8.83 pg/L resp..The concns of dissolved total phosphorus and soluble reactive phosphorus of 2 groups had no significant difference. [Conclusion] Artificial substrates could effectively remove the phosphorus in water.
