摘要
[目的]研究β-氨基丁酸(BABA)对烟草抗烟草花叶病毒(TMV)系统侵染的影响。[方法]以烟草普通栽培种为研究对象,用BABA进行处理,处理后所有的烟苗均放入保湿袋中保湿24 h。然后用组织化学法鉴定BABA诱导烟草产生的过敏反应,并进行产生H2O2原位检测以及活性氧和丙二醛测定。[结果]BABA处理后叶片中的-β1,3-葡聚糖酶活性升高,TMV接种后叶片中该酶活性也进一步升高。10 mmol/L BABA喷洒处理能显著诱导氧迸发,引起过敏性反应,叶面局部细胞坏死。处理叶片中的过氧阴离子自由基、丙二醛含量增加。10 mmol/L BABA有效激发植株的系统抗性,限制TMV的侵染,增强了烟草对TMV的抗性。[结论]BABA可增强普通烟草栽培品种抗TMV系统侵染的能力,但其诱抗能力要受其浓度的影响。
[Objective] The study aimed to research the effect of β-Aminobutyric acid (BABA) on the resistance in tobacco to the systemic infection of tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). [Method] With the common cultivated species of tobacco as the researched object, it was treated by BABA. All the tobacco seedlings were put into the moisture retention bag to keep moisture for 24 h after treatment. Then the allergic reaction of inducing tobacco generation by BABA with histcehemistry method, the generation H2O2 in suit was measured and reactive oxygen species and malondialdehyde were measured. [Result] The activity of β-1,3-glucanase in leaves was improved remarkably after treatment by BABA, which was also improved in leaves after TMV inoculation. The sprinkle treatment of 10 mmol/L BABA could obviously induce oxygen burst, cause hypersensitive response, make foliar local cellular necrosis. The content of superoxide anion radicals and malondialdehyde in tobacco leaves was increased after BABA treatment. 10 mmol/L BABA could effective induce systemic acquired resistance, prevent tobacco from TMV invading and enhance resistance to TMV in tobacco plants. [Conclusion] BABA could improve the ability of the common cultivatod species of tobacco on resistance TMV systemic infection, but its induce resistance ability was influenced by its concn.
