摘要
[目的]探讨杀菌剂对强筋小麦产量及品质的影响。[方法]以豫麦47号为供试材料,三唑酮、多菌灵、灭菌丹、烯唑醇及病虫灵为供试杀菌剂.运用田间小区试验研究杀菌剂对强筋小麦产量及品质的影响。[结果]使用这5种杀菌剂,强筋小麦千粒重提高0.8~1.9g,产量增加147.6~471.3kg/hm^2,平均增产5.4%。既使强筋小麦增产,又基本不影响其品质指标的杀菌剂为三唑酮和烯唑醇,其中又以三唑酮的增产效应最为突出,一般增产8%以上,千粒重提高22g左右。于小麦抽穗后喷洒1次杀菌剂效果较好,增加喷洒次数以后对强筋小麦品质有不良影响。不同生育期喷洒杀菌剂对强筋小麦面粉品质指标的影响基本上没有明显差异。[结论]该研究为该生态类型区强筋小麦栽培技术提供了依据。
[Objective]The aim was to discuss the effect of fungicides on the yield and quality of strong glutenwheat. [ Method] With Yu wheat 47 as tested material and triadimefon, carbendazim, folpet, diniconazole and Bingchongling as tested fungicides, the effect of fungicides on the yield and quality of strong gluten wheat were studied by field plot experiment. [Result] 1 000-grain weight of strong gluten wheat was increased 0.8-1.9 g, the yield was increased 147.6-471.3 kg/hm^2, and the average increasing yield was 5.4% after the 5 fungicides were applied. Triadimefon and diniconazole not only made the yield of strong gluten wheat increased but also could not basically affect its quality indexes. Among them, the yield-increasing effect of triadimefon was more prominent and the increasing yield was commonly above 8%, its 1 000-grain weight was increased about 22 g. The effect of spraying fungicides one time after wheat heading was better and increasing spraying times had bad influence on the quality of strong gluten wheat. Spraying fungicides at different growth periods had no obvious difference on the quality indexes of strong gluten wheat flour basically. [Conclusion] The research provided the basis for the cultivation techniques of strong gluten wheatin the ecological area.
