摘要
[目的]探讨加工番茄上2种病毒的侵染方式及其积累量的相关性。[方法]以黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)和蚕豆萎蔫病毒(BBWV)为研究对象,用针对CMV和BBWV的单克隆抗体对田间表现病毒病症状的115个加工番茄自然病株进行间接ELISA检测,通过复合侵染病株上2种病毒的积累量分析两者之间的相关性。[结果]CMV和BBWV在加工番茄上的侵染率分别为73.0%和59.1%,并且2种病毒常复合侵染,复合侵染率达53.9%。BBWV单独侵染率很低,其侵染方式主要是与CMV复合侵染。CMV和BBWV在病株上的带毒量分析结果表明,2种病毒在病株上的积累是相互影响的,为正相关关系。[结论]该研究为病毒互作机制研究提供了理论基础。
[ Objective] The aim was to discuss the infection way of 2 viruses in the processed tomato and the correlation of their accumulation. [ Method] With Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) and Broad bean wilt virus (BBWV) as studied objects, 115 natural diseased plants of processed tomato showing virus disease symptom were detected by indirect ELISA using monoclonal antibodies against CMV and BBWV, and the correlation between the 2 viruses was analyzed through their accumulation the diseased plants with mixed infection. [Result] The infection rate of CMV and BBWV in the processed tomato were 73.0% and 59.1%, respectively, the 2 viruses often mixed infect and the co-infection rate was 53.9%. The single infection rote of BBWV was low and its infection way was mainly mixed infection with CMV. The analysis result on virus carried amount of CMV and BBWV in the diseased plants showed that the accumulation of the 2 viruses in the diseased plant was interactional and had positive correlation. [Conclusion] The research laid the theoretical foundation for the study on the mechanism of interaction of virus.
