摘要
以O形密封圈为例,介绍了密封的工作原理,并结合实例从设计、材料、安装、预热和润滑等方面对其失效原因进行分析,最后总结了密封件的存放、使用和工作环境对密封性能的影响。
The working principle of O-ring seal was introduced. Combined with examples, the disable reasons were analyzed from the design, material, installation, lubrication and preheating and so on.The effects of the storage, use and work environmental of the seal on the sealing performance were sum up at last.
