金融危机影响下农民工问题与乡村旅游发展研究

Research on the Farmer Work Problem and Rural Tourism Development under the Influences of Financial Crisis

分析了金融危机影响下农民工进城务工的农村剩余劳动力转移方式存在的问题,提出发展乡村旅游可以充分利用资源,改变农业产业结构,吸纳农村剩余劳动力,解决农民工问题,是农村剩余劳动力转移的积极有效途径,并为发展乡村旅游提出了积极的对策。

The existing problems in the transfer mode of surplus rural labor force that peasant workers entered cities to work were analyzed. It was put forward that the active and effective ways of transferring the rural surplus labor force for developing the rural tourism were to make full use of resources, change the industrial structure of agriculture, absorb the mml surplus labor force and solve the problem of peasant workers. And some active countermeasures for developing the rural tourism were put forward.
