摘要
分析了食品防护的内涵与食品防护的意义,介绍了食品防护计划建立与实施的原则、步骤,最后,展望了中国食品防护工作的发展方向。
The connotation of food defense and its significance was analyzed, and the principals and steps of establishment and application of food defense plan were introduced. Finally, the developmental directions of food defense in China were prospected.
