Discussion on the Environmental Planning of Fine Towns Based on Threshold Analysis

基于临界分析,充分挖掘乡镇所在地区的优势,深入分析门槛限制条件;依据分析结果提出了水环境、大气环境、声环境、固体废物、农业面源污染生态环境等方面的环境规划的手段与措施,从而达到环境优美乡镇的标准。

Based on threshold analysis, the superiorities of towons were unearthed and the threshold limitations were deeply analyzed. According to the analysis results, some means and measures of the environmental planning were put forward from the aspects of water environment, atmospheric environment, acoustic environment, agricultural non-point source pollution, ecological environment and so on, so as to reach the standards of free towns.
