摘要 作为稳定焊接过程和提高焊接质量的有效手段,电、磁场辅助激光焊接具有广阔的应用前景。综述了电、磁场辅助激光焊接的机理及具体研究,主要涉及控制激光焊接等离子体、影响焊接熔池流动状态及改善焊缝质量等方面,并展望了其进一步的研究和应用。 As the effective means of increasing process stability and improving seam quality, external electric or magnetic field supported laser welding has a wide application prospect. The mechanism and detailed researches of external electric or magnetic field supported laser welding are summarized, mainly including controlling laser welding plasma, changing flow conditions in the molten pool and improving weld quality. Further investigation and the fore-ground on this field are pointed out.
