胶集比和胶粉对空心微珠保温砂浆性能的影响 被引量:5

Influence of the Ratio Between Cementing Material and Mineral Tiny Bead as Well as Redispersible Powder on Performance of Ultra-light Mineral Hollow Bead Insulating Mortar

摘要 研究了胶凝材料与微珠的比例(胶集比)和乳胶粉掺量对空心矿物微珠保温砂浆性能的影响。研究表明随着体系中胶集比的增加,空心矿物微珠保温砂浆干表观密度和导热系数递增,材料保温效果递减,同时材料强度也随着递增。体系胶集比在0.5—1.0范围内时,力学性能和保温性能同时很好的满足国家标准的要求。随着体系中乳胶粉掺量的增加,料浆湿表观密度下降,对应的干表观密度和导热系数亦下降,而砂浆压剪粘结强度递增,材料软化系数也递增,胶粉最佳掺量在2.0%—3.5%之间。文中简要分析了该材料性能优化的机理。 Influence of the ratio between cementing material and mineral tiny bead as well as redispersible powder on mortar performance was studied. Results rewealed that as the ratio between cementing material and mineral tiny bead increases, the dry density and heat conducting coefficient of mortar also increase, the insulation performance lower and the compression strength reduced. When the ratio between cementing material and mineral tiny bead is among 0.5-1.0, the mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties can meet the requirements of national standards. As the redispersible powder dosage increases, the wet density of mortar lower, the dry density and heat conducting coefficient of mortar also reduced, but the cohesional strength and softening coefficient increase. The appropriate quantity of redispersible powders is among 2.0 %-3.5 %. The mechanism of mortar performance optimization was analyzed briefly.
