摘要
针对电沉积方法修复混凝土裂缝中混凝土参数对电沉积效果的影响程度进行了试验研究,选用MgSO4电沉积溶液,测定了沉积过程中的试件质量增加率等参数,并采用灰色关联分析方法研究了混凝土参数与电沉积效果之间的相关性,结果表明:电沉积效果与混凝土参数有很大的相关性,水灰比对质量增加率及表面覆盖率的影响程度最大,而保护层厚度对裂缝愈合率的影响程度最大。
Adopting the MgSO4 solution, an experimental research was performed to investigate the influence of concrete parameters on the deposition effect in repairing of concrete cracks with the electrodeposition method. The parameters included the rate of weight increase, the rate of surface coverage, and the rate of crack closure. The application of gray connection analysis theory in electrodeposition method for repair of concrete cracks was researched, gray correlation theory was used to analyse effect degree of concrete parameters on electrodeposition effect. The results demonstrate that: electrodeposition effect correlate with concrete parameters greatly, water-cement ratio has a greatest effect on rate of weight gain and rate of surface coating, while cover depth has a greatest effect on rate of crack closure.
