Size Effect of Concrete on Chloride Penetration Resistance

摘要 混凝土的抗氯盐性能评价方法是评价氯盐环境下混凝土耐久性的重要手段。由于受到试件尺寸的限制,常规的电量法和RCM法适宜用于最大骨料粒径不超过25 mm的混凝土。为解决最大骨料粒径为40 mm和63 mm的混凝土抗氯盐性能的评价方法问题,采用不同水胶比、不同骨料粒径的混凝土进行了对比试验研究。文中是上述研究的第一部分,研究了采用不同试件尺寸时,最大骨料粒径为20 mm的混凝土抗氯盐性能。通过对试验结果的分析,确定了最大骨料粒径为20 mm时不同尺寸试件的混凝土抗氯盐性能的评价指标。 The test method to measure the chloride penetration resistance of concrete is an important way to estimate the durability of concrete. Rapid Chloride Permeability Test (RCPT) and Rapid Chloride Migration Method (RCM) are suitable for concrete with aggregate less than 25 mm. There isn't a suitable test method for concrete with aggregate large than 25 mm. For solve this problem, the research on concrete with different water binder ratio and aggregate size were carried out. The first part of this research is introduced in this article. Using the concrete with maximal aggregate size is 20 mm; the influence of spacemen size on the chloride penetration resistance of concrete was researched. During the research, the evaluating indicator on chloride penetration resistance of concrete for different spacemen size is gained.
