PH_3吸附反应中负载Cu催化剂的再生研究

摘要 采用浸渍法制备了Cu催化剂,用于PH3吸附反应。选用两种再生方法对失活的催化剂进行再生,考察再生后催化剂的吸附性能,并对新鲜催化剂和再生催化剂进行SEM和BET表征。结果表明:通过水蒸汽冲洗和干燥的两步再生法对失活的Cu催化剂有较好的再生性能,吸附效率可保持在70%以上;催化剂失活可能是由于PH3的吸附而导致孔径为2—16.58的微孔被填充和堵塞。 A copper catalyst was prepared by impregnation method and used in PH3 adsorption reaction. The used catalyst was regenerated by two regeneration methods. The adsorption capability of regenerated catalyst was researched. Fresh catalyst and regenerated catalyst were characterized by SEM and BET. The results show that the deactivated copper catalyst is greatly resumed after tow steps (water vapor flushing and dryness), and the adsorption efficiency can be maintained at more than 700%. The deactivation of catalyst is caused by the filling and the plugging of 2 A-16.58A micropore aperture because of excessive adsorption of PH3.
