摘要
基于CFD辅助发动机工程的理论与方法,对某直列、三缸、水冷四冲程发动机冷却水套进行了数值模拟,给出了冷却水套内冷却液的速度、温度、压力、湍动能等流场分布特性,并对热负荷较高的燃烧室、排气道周围和缸体上半部分区域的冷却情况以及整个系统内的压力损失进行了分析评价,以此指导下一步冷却水套的改进设计。
Based on the theory and method of CFD aided engine engineering, taking a upright 3-cylinder proto type engine for an example, a cooling-water jacket of the engine is simulated, and the characteristic of flow field of cooling-water jacket, such as velocity, temperature, pressure, turbulence ect., are given. The cooling effect of combustion chamber of higher heat load, circumambience of exhaust port, cylinder field of top section, pressure losing of calculated field are analyzed. It' s benefited to improve design of cooling-water jacket.
