摘要
利用正交设计研究了培养基中6-BA、NAAI、BA以及活性炭、蔗糖和水质对春兰圆球茎增殖的影响。结果表明:春兰原球茎增殖的最优培养基为MS+6-BA2.0 mg.L-1+NAA0.01 mg.L-1+IBA0.01 mg.L-1+活性炭0.3 g.L-1+蔗糖30 g.L-1,其中,6-BA和NAA对其影响最大,方差分析达到了极显著水平。
The orthogonal design was used to study the effects of normones (suchas 6-BA, NAA, IBA), activated carbon sucrose and water quality on the proliferation of protocorm of cymbidium goeringii. The resuits indicatd that the optimal medium for the propagation of protocorm was MS+2.0mg·L^-1+ 6-BA + 0.01mg·L^-1+ NAA +0.01mg·L^-1+ IBA + 0.3 g· L^-1 activated carbon+ 30 g· L^-1sucrose. Statistic analysis indicated that the main factors were 6-BA and NAA.
