核桃属植物内生真菌的分离及其抑菌活性研究

Isolation of Endophytic Fungi from Walnut and Their Antifungaul Activities

以核桃、黑核桃作为供试材料,从其茎、叶和青皮中分离得到60株真菌,经确认为其内生真菌。对这些内生真菌的培养滤液抑菌活性研究表明:核桃和黑核桃的内生真菌有广泛的抗菌谱,对棉花立枯病菌、苹果炭疽病菌、梨黑星病菌、小麦赤霉病菌和油菜菌核病菌菌丝生长具有抑制作用。

60 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from stems, leaves and green husks of Juglans regia L. and J. nigra , and their antifungal activities were tested. The results showed that these endophytic fungi had a broad antibiotic spectrum and showed antifungal activities to Thanatephorus cucumeri, Glomerella cingulata, Venturia pirina, Fusarium graminearum and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.
