摘要
为了检验医学统计学试卷的命题质量,及时发现教学中存在的问题,不断提高教学质量,本文对石河子大学医学院护理专业2006级本科及2005级临床医学专业医学统计学考试卷面成绩进行分析。医学统计学成绩经检验均呈正态分布(护理专业z=0.483,p=0.974;临床专业:z=1.027,p=0.243);信度分别为0.55、0.51;难度指数分别为0.65、0.64;区别指数分别为0.26,0.21。本次考试成绩信度好,难度适中,区分度好,不同专业对本课程的掌握程度不同。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of teaching of Medical Statistics for further teaching reform by analyzing the final examination scores of Medical Statistics for students majoring in nursing and clinical medicine of Shihezi University. Method： Data of the final test paper were analyzed. The Reliability and Difficulty and discrimination of the final examination paper were calculated. Resulets： Test of normality show that z = 0.483 - 1. 027, p 〉 0.05 ; Reliability is 0.51-0.55, Difficulty exponent is 0.64-0.65, discrimination is 0.21 -0.26. Conclusion： This final test had moderate difficulty, and satisfactory discrimination and reliability.
