苄基淀粉的制备及其力学性能

摘要 为了改进淀粉可塑性以制备性能良好的可降解塑料,以甲苯为溶剂、NaOH为催化剂合成了苄基淀粉,并用正交试验考察了体系各个影响因素对苄基取代度的影响。应用红外和TG进行了表征,对不同取代度的苄基淀粉进行了塑化能力和力学性能表征,并与乙酰淀粉进行了对比试验。结果显示,苄基淀粉拥有较好的热塑性能,力学性能相较乙酰淀粉也有显著提高。 In order to improve the plasticity of starch used in biodegradable plastics, this article introduced toluene as solvent and NaOH as catalyst to synthesis benzyl starch. At the same time, the factors of the system via orthogonal experiment were inspected and infrared spectrometry (IR) and thermogravimetry (TG) have been used. The plasticity and mechanical properties of blends that constituted of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and benzyl starch with different degree of substitute were studied. The results showed, compared with acetyl starch, plasticity and mechanical properties of benzyl starch were better.
