基于树脂基复合材料的选区激光烧结成型参数优化研究 被引量:2

Optimization Design about Process Parameters of Plastic Powder on Selective Laser Sintering of Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing

摘要 对粉末塑料的选区激光烧结过程的成型工艺参数进行了优化设计。采用正交设计法对其中影响最大的参数激光扫描速度、激光功率、铺粉厚度与预热温度的匹配以及成型参数的选择进行了优化设计。结果表明,每一个参数对成型质量都有其各自的重要影响,但不同参数之间又各自相互约束,它们之间需要选择一个合适配比,否则会对成型质量有很大影响。通过对各成型参数进行正交设计优化实验,得出一组优化的最佳工艺参数为:铺粉厚度0.2 mm,扫描速度1 200 mm/s,预热温度75℃,激光功率30 W。 This paper was focused in design of optimization about the parameters on the selective laser sintering process. The parameters of scanning speed, laser power, depth of powder layer and preheating temperature had been considered as the most important parameters on the forming process. The results showed that the influence of process parameters was crucial on the quality of sintered part in selective laser sintering (SLS). Since different process parameter wad constrained and correlated to each other, there was a suitable proportioning ratio between them, or else, there would be great influence on the forming. It got a best result of the parameters optimization, analysis of the parameters optimization on the forming process was studied when the layer thickness of powder was 0. 2 mm; scanning speed was 1 200 mm/s; preheating temperature was 75 ℃, laser power was 30 W.
