摘要
本文从企业流程再造的视角,对医院内部控制的设计进行了重新思考,以期实现医院内部控制的帕累托最优改善。
To improve the operating efficiency of the hospital, the author rethought the design of hospital internal control from the angle of business process reengineering to achieve the hospital＇s internal control Pareto Optimal iraprovement.
