摘要
针对当前军队医院医疗合作项目管理中容易出现的论证不科学、核算不规范、管理不严密问题,阐述了在合作项目开设、运营、核算、管理中应当注意的主要问题,旨在提高军队医院合作项目管理效益。
In view of the limitations in the management of current medical cooperation projects in military hospitals as unscientific demonstration and accounting irregularities, the keys to pay attention to were discussed in the setting, operations, accounting and management, with which the benefits of the projects will be improved.
