本文立足于新时期军队医院科研工作特点,结合某军队医院中心实验室工作发展实际,对医院专业实验室建设及管理对策进行了研究探讨,提出了新时期军队医院专业实验室建设及管理思路等观点,为军队医院提高专业实验室管理水平提供借鉴。

Based on the scientific research characteristics of the military hospital in new period, according to the development of laboratory center in a military hospital, the construction and management ideas were proposed for the profession laboratory.
