摘要
为了满足目前一些读者的需要,我们较系统地介绍了前苏联这方面的有关资料(文中保留原使用单位Torr,1Torr=133Pa)。内容有电炉真空系统计算的理论基础与计算方法及有关数据,最后给出真空感应炉、真空电阻炉、真空电弧炉和电子轰击炉真空系统的计算实例。这些数据和方法,对开发、研制各种真空电炉时,计算真空系统有一定的参考价值。
To meet the requirements of part of readers, the design and calculation of vacuum system for various electric furnaces in former USSR are systematically stated laying stress on the discussion on theoretical basis, calculating methods and relevant data/parameters. Calculating exemplifications are given to the vacuum systems for vacuum induction/resistance/arc furnaces and electron bombardment furnace. The data/parameters and methods described here are somewhat beneficial to the R＆D of electric vacuum furnaces as reference standards.
