摘要 真空退火是钛、锆等稀有金属及合金材加工的重要工艺过程,真空退火炉的真空度、控温精度和温区均匀性要求越来越受到人们的重视。针对大型钛、锆管材真空退火炉的工艺和控制要求,采用研华工控机(IPC)为上位机,可编程控制器S7-300(PLC)和可编程温度控制仪Eurotherm3504作为下位机,构成IPC+PLC+智能仪表控制系统(DCS),提出自整定Fuzzy-PID多温区控制策略,实现真空退火过程工艺参数检测与全过程优化控制。生产应用表明,该系统提高真空退火炉真空度、控温精度和温区均匀性具有显著效果,在钛、锆等稀有金属加工领域有广泛的应用前景。 Vacuum annealing is on important process to processing the materials made from titanium, zirconium and other rare metals and alloys. The degree of vacuum, temperature control accuracy and temperature homogeneity in heating zones of the vacuum annealing furnace draw more and more attention. According to the requirements for technological process and its control in the vacuum annealing furnace to large-size titanium and zirconium pipes, the Advantech IPC was taken as up monitors with the PLC S7-300 and programmable temperature controller Eurotherm 3504 as the clown monitors/servers to constitute a digital control system (DCS) with IPC+PLC+intelligent instrument. A self-tuning fuzzy-PID multi-zone temperature control strategy is proposed to implement the detection of parameters in vacuum annealing process and optimal control of the whole process: The results of productive applications showed that this system can improve greatly the degree of vacuum, temperature accuracy and temperature homogeneity in the vacuum annealing furnace, and it has broad prospects for the processing of such rare metals as titanium and zirconium.
