摘要
本文介绍了低温扫描隧道显微镜(LT-STM)的结构特点,该设备由真空系统、低温系统、扫描和数据采集系统、电源控制系统、控制计算机等组成,该实验设备具有高性能、高精度的特点,对实验人员的实验技能要求很高。我们结合它的使用对其调试方法进行了分析、探讨和总结,其实验结果证明了这种调试方法的正确性和可行性,为今后调试同类实验设备提供了可靠的经验。
The construction of LT-STM (low-temperature scanning tunnel microscope) is described, which is composed of some systems for vacuum, low temperature, scanning, data acquisition and power supply control with a control computer provided. Characterized with high performance and high precision, LT-STM requires high-level debugging technique for its installation and operation. Some practical debugging methods are therefore discussed and summarized. The results verified the correctness and feasibility of these methods and provided reliable experience for similar apparatus.
