摘要
采用真空实型铸造工艺来制备陶瓷颗粒增强的钢基表面复合材料是一种制造选择性增强耐磨复合材料的先进工艺。本文研究了复合材料的制备过程,耐磨涂料配制及涂刷工艺和材料的浇注工艺,并在金相显微镜上对复合材料的组织进行研究。对复合材料微观组织结构分析表明,碳化硅颗粒表面固溶于基体材料组织中,粒形基本保持完整,分布均匀,与基体构成冶金结合。
The composite steel castings, i.e., the steel parts are used as substrates onto which the ceramic particles reinforced coating are deposited through reproduced model casting/penetrating process in vacuum to improve the bonding strength especially the selectivity of wear-resistant materials in the coatings, were investigated for their preparation. Research was done on the process of the steel-based wear-resistant composites, preparation of wear-resistant coating and brushing/ pouring process in detail. The microstructure characteristics of the composite casting samples with wear-resistant coating were investigated by metallographic microscope. The result revealed that SiC particles as solid solutions in casting surface are combined together with the alloyed matrix or steel substrate and the particle shapes are kept intact and uniformly distributed, thus forming metallurgical bonding between wear-resistant coating and matrix.
