摘要
应用ANSYS有限元软件对Ku波段螺旋线行波管慢波结构部分进行了热分析研究,通过考虑3种不同的支撑杆材料和形状,以及是否考虑接触热阻情况下的模拟结果的比较,提出了慢波结构部分具有良好热传导能力,以确保在更低的温度下稳定工作的简单优化方案。
This paper relates to temperature distributing of helical traveling wave tube slow-wave structure with different support rod material and shape by ANSYS. The optimum scheme that the slow-wave structure has fine capability to conduct caloric and is lasted lower temperature to work stably is putted forward, through the compare of different simulation result, the author thinks over hereinafter instances: different support rod material.shape and if having contact thermal resistance among the contact surface.
