新疆“双语”教育“三维层进式”培训模式初探

摘要 用汉语讲授专业课程是新疆少数民族教师进行"双语"培训的根本目标,文章根据多年的"双语"教学实践经验,总结了新疆"双语"培训的实施情况,确定了"双语"培训过程中的"三维层进式""双语"教学实践体系的内涵,对"双语"培训中的教学和实习安排进行了整合,以期为新疆目前的"双语"培训模式提供参考。 It is the overriding objective of the bilingual training of ethnic teachers in Xinjiang to teach specialized courses in Chinese. In the light of the author's practical experiece in bilingual teaching for years, this article sums up the operating conditions of bilingual training in Xinjiang, gives connotation to the practical system of "three - dimensional climbing" bilingual teaching in the process of training and achieves the integration between teaching and practice in binlingual training so as to supply a mode of bilingual training for reference in Xinjiang at present.
