摘要
为分析诺丽(Noni)籽乙醚冷浸提取物中的成分,采用乙醚冷浸提取法提取诺丽籽中的成分,应用气相色谱-质谱联用法对化学成分进行鉴定,用峰面积归一化法测定各个化合物在乙醚冷浸提取物中的相对百分含量。鉴定出45个峰中的35个化合物,占提取物总含量的96.52%。主要化合物为酸和酯类化合物,其中酸类化合物占42.89%;酯类化合物占45.92%;苯衍生物占2.69%,另外,还含有少量的烷烃占0.56%等。
To study the chemical constituents of the ethyl ether soaking extraction from Morinda citrifolia seeds, the constituents were extracted from Morinda citrifolia seeds by ethyl ether soaking and the chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS,then the percentage contents of composition of the ethyl ether soaking extraction were determined by peak area normalization method. The results showed that more than 45 peaks were separated and thirty-five compounds accounting for 96.52% of the total ethyl ether soaking extraction were identified. The major constituents were identified as acids(42.89% ), esters(45.92% ) ,bnzene derivative(2.69% ) ,hydrocarbons(0.56% ) ,and so on.
