虎奶菇菌核水提多糖对糖尿病小鼠的抗氧化作用 被引量:9

Antioxidant Activities of Water Extractive Polysaccharides from the Mushroom Sclerotia of Pleurotus tuber-regium in Alloxan-induced Diabetic Mice

摘要 本文研究了虎奶菇(Pleurotus tuber-regium)菌核的水提多糖(W-HNP)对四氧嘧啶(ALX)糖尿病小鼠(DM)的抗氧化作用,并探讨了其降血糖作用机制。每天i.g.200 mg/kg bw的W-HNP于DM,连续i.g.15 d,并设盐酸二甲双胍片(MH)阳性对照组;分别测定小鼠肝组织的MDA和GSH,测定肝肾组织的ALT、SOD、CAT的酶活性。经过W-HNP灌胃治疗15 d后,DM肝组织的MDA明显下降,GSH上升;肝肾组织的转氨酶ALT活性明显上升,同时抗氧化酶SOD、CAT明显提高。W-HNP具有一定的抗氧化作用,从而使DM的血糖下降。 The anti-oxidation functions of water extractive polysaecharides (W-HNP) from Pleurotus tuber-regium were studied on diabetic mice(DM) caused by intravenous injection of aUoxan (ALX) , and its mechanism of decreasing blood glucose (BG) was also discussed. The treated diabetic mice were fed with 200 mg/kg W-HNP for 15 d, and the positive control group was fed with mefformin hydrochloride. Then the contents of malondialdelhyde (MDA) and reductant gluta- thione (GSH) of liver, the enzyme activities of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) of liver and kidney were detected. The results showed that MDA of diabetic mice was decreased significantly after the W-HNP treatments,while the content of GSH was increased. The activities of ALT,SOD and CAT were all improved evidently. The W-HNP possessed of the anti-oxidation function, which resulted in decreasing of blood glucose from diabetic mice.
