摘要
欠发达地区大部分农民工缺乏技能,他们的首要目标是在流入地站稳脚跟、再谋发展,为了解决生存问题,只能接受低工资。欠发达地区农民工工资价格与流入地职工工资存在显著差异,农民工工资价格歧视现象严重,贵州农民工歧视系数高达87.8%。缩小城乡差别,增加农民工收入,维护农民工合法权益,需要政府支持、企业规范,更重要的则是农民工自身素质的提高。
Most rural migrant workers in underdeveloped areas lack skills and their primary goal in labor inflow areas is to gain a finn foothold before seeking development. In order to survive, they have to live with low wages. There are significant differences between the wage rates of rural migrant workers and those of local workers in underdeveloped labor inflow areas, indicating severe price discrimination, the discrimination coefficient being 87.8% in Guizhou. In order to narrow the urban-rural gap, increase the income of rural migrant workers and safeguard their rights and interests, we need to strengthen government support, regulate company behavior and enhance of the quality of the workers.
