摘要
劳动力在地区之间流动,本质上是供求关系作用的结果。贵州因产业结构等因素的影响,导致就业弹性小,劳动力需求少于供给而呈单向流出。劳动力长期流出影响经济的持续发展和社会的稳定,贵州应按比较优势原则确定经济增长方式和产业结构,在经济增长的同时增大就业弹性,扩大劳动力的需求。
Interregional flow of labor is, in essence , the result of the relationship between supply and demand. Due to such factors as industrial structures employment elasticity is low and demand for labor is less than its supply in Guizhou, giving rise to its one-way outflow. Longstanding labor outflow has an impact on sustainable economic development and social stability. Guizhou should define its mode of economic growth and industrial structure, improving employment elasticity and expanding demand in economic growth.
