纳米金刚石作为抛光材料的应用

摘要 抛光是金刚石应用的传统领域,即使在今天,抛光包括超精磨仍是仪表和机械制造工艺过程中的一个最重要环节。可是,常用的磨料颗粒尺寸均大于0.1μm(100nm),已不能满足高级光学玻璃、晶体、宝石和金相表面的超高精度的表面加工。纳米金刚石兼具有金刚石和纳米颗粒的双重特性。纳米金刚石的易团聚性是严重影响其未能大量应用的重要原因。分散与分级技术是其能否实实在在服务于现代工业和科学技术的关键。初步研究结果表明,纳米金刚石应该是一种理想的超精抛光材料。本文对其发展现状,团聚与分散及其初步应用的效果等做了简要的阐述。 Polishing is common in diamond application field. Even today polishing including super fine grinding is the most important link in the process of meter and machine building. However, the size of common abrasive grain is over 0.1μm(100nm) that can not meet the super high accuracy of glass, crystal, gem and metallographic surface. Nano - diamond has dual nature of diamond and nano- grain. Nano- diamond is easy to aggregate, which seriously affects massive application. It is very important whether dispersion and classification can service modem industry and science technology or not. Preliminary research shows that nano - diamond should be an ideal superfine polishing material. This article gives a summary of its development, aggregation, dispersion and its effect of preliminary application.
