摘要
本文主要分析了电镀金刚石钻头生产中各个工艺参数(镀液配方、温度、pH值、电流密度以及上砂方法等)对产品质量的影响。通过严格控制操作工艺,可以有效稳定和提高钻头的质量,解决钻头使用中出现的掉块、拉槽以及保径能力差等现象。
The paper analyzes the effects of each process parameter manufacturing of electroplated diamond bits on the quality, including of bath formulation, temperature, pH, current density, kamisako method, etc. Through strict controling technical operation, we can effectively stablize and improve the quality of electroplated diamond bits and solve the phenomenon of losing block, drawing groove and poor ability of preserving diameter in use.
