New Model Construction of Information Consulting Services during Social Transition

论文分析了社会转型期用户信息咨询需求出现的新特点,并在此基础上,提出了建立新型信息咨询服务模式的构想,以适应社会发展的需要,充分满足用户对信息资源的需求,从而提高图书馆信息咨询服务质量。

This paper analyses the new characteristics of information needs of users in the period of social transition, and on this basis, it proposes the establishment of a new model of information counseling to meet the needs of social development, and fully fulfil the user＇s demand for information resources, so as to enhance the quality of library＇s information service.
