摘要
新农村建设意味着国家发展战略的重大转变。由于采取了一些有利于可持续发展和区域协调发展的措施,西部农村经济获得了很大发展。但是,农村公共产品供给远远满足不了经济和社会发展的需要,如何保障西部农村公共产品的供给成为摆在中国面前的重大现实问题。解决这些问题的主要手段,就是改善农民需求导向的公共产品供给制度及其西部农村地区的公共服务。
The paper researches how to establish the western peasant＇s demand - oriented supply system of public products. The paper puts forward that it needs to improve the supply system of public products and public services in western rural area.
