摘要 目的探究497例大学生焦虑心理的状况与原因,总结改善和提高大学生心理素质的相应对策。方法采用状态-品质焦虑量表结合自编影响因素问卷进行随机简单抽样调查、访谈和统计分析。结果男生和女生之间焦虑无显著性差异,但女生的品质焦虑分值与状态焦虑的分值均较男生为高;随着年级的升高,大学生的焦虑分值逐年降低,面临毕业的大四学生的焦虑程度显著提高;新生的焦虑分值较高年级学生高;文科生和理科生之间焦虑无显著性差异,但理科生的品质焦虑分值与状态焦虑的分值均较文科生为高。结论高校心理卫生机构要针对性地开展对学生焦虑心理的矫治工作。 Objective To explore the status and cause of anxiety in 497 college students in order to summarize countermeasures for improving their psycholgical quality. Methods Simple random sample surveys,interviews and statisical analysis were conducted by using State-Trait Anxiety Inventory and self-made influencing factors questionnaire. Results Students' anxiety showed no significant gender difference , but the trait anxiety and state anxiety scores of girls were higher than boys^The anxiety scores gradlly reduced with grade increasing but the anxiety level of graduating students significant increased ,The scores of freshmen were higher than those of senior grade students There was no significant difference between science students and art students but the trait anxiety and state anxiety scores of the science students were higher than those of the art students. Conclusion College mental health agencies should painstakingly develop correcting works for anxiety of college students.
