摘要 目的:探讨阶梯式自我管理教育对应用提高接受动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)、持续皮下胰岛素输注(CSII)(简称"双C")治疗糖尿病患者自我效能的影响。方法:对42例接受"双C"治疗的糖尿病患者随机分为实验组和对照组各21例,实验组在O rem自理理论指导下对患者进行阶梯式自我管理教育;对照组采用传统、适时的宣教模式进行教育。结果:入出院时实验组患者自我管理能力、自我效能均高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:在O rem自理理论指导下对接受双|"C"治疗的糖尿病患者行阶梯式自我管理教育,能够提高患者的自我管理能力和自我效能。 Objective : To study the effect of step - by - step self - management education on the self - efficacy of diabetic patients treated with continuous blood glucose monitoring system ( CGMS) and continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion ( CSⅡ ). Methods : 42 patients who received the treatment of CGMS and CSⅡ were randomly divided into experimental and control groups (21 cases for each group). The step -by -step self- management education was applied to the patients under the guidance of Orem theory in experimental group; traditional and timely popularization education model was used in control group. Results: The ability of self - management and self- efficacy of the patients in experimental group were more powerful than that in control group when the patients were in hospital or discharged from hospital (P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Application of self - management education to the diabetic patients treated with CGMS and CSⅡ under the guidance of Orem theory can improve patient's self- management ability and self- efficacy.
