煤矿企业安全文化建设研究

建设适应煤矿企业形势发展要求的安全文化,对于促进煤矿企业实现安全生产目标有不可低估的作用。论文阐述了安全文化的含义、煤矿企业安全文化的含义及构成;分析了煤矿企业建设安全文化的必要性和作用;在此基础上从决策层,管理层,职工层三个方面提出煤炭企业建设安全文化的途径。

Constructing safety culture which adapts to the requirements of the development situation of coal mining enterprises has stupendous function to the promotion of coal mine enterprises achieving the goal of safe production. The thesis expounds the meaning of safety culture, the meaning and structure of coal mine corporate safety culture, analyzes the necessity and role of constructing safety culture of coal mining enterprises and on the base of which the means of coal mine enterprises safety culture construction are put forward from three aspects that is decision-making, management, and staff.
