员工专用性人力资本投资激励研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于人力资本的专用性和不完全契约的分析表明,由于面临着被企业"敲竹杠"的风险,员工往往缺乏积极性通过"干中学"获取专用性人力资本。在此基础上,通过显性契约,对如何激励员工进行专用性人力资本投资进行了研究,提出了"非升即走"和"非升即留"等几种能有效约束企业"敲竹杠"行为的激励契约。
