人力资源管理信息系统的开发应用,不仅可以强化人力资源管理的系统化、结构化,提高工作效率。同时还可促进医院整体管理水平的提高。解放军第251医院依托数字化平台,以人力资源管理为核心,建立了一个与医院整体信息平台相融的高效、快捷的人力资源管理系统,从而实现信息充分共享和数据有效联动,为医院的全面发展提供了有力支持。
The development and application of HR management information system, can be used to not only enhance systematization and structuring of HR management and work efficiency but also improve the general management level of the hospital. Relying on digitalized platform and centering on HR management, the 251st Hospital of PLA established an efficient and fast HR management system compatible with hospital integrated information platform, realizing full sharing of information and effective linkage of data, which provided strong support for the comprehensive development of the hospital.
