南昌铁路局职工艾滋病知识水平现状调查

Status Of The Level On AIDS Knowledge Among The Workers In Nanchang Railway Bureau

目的了解南昌铁路局职工艾滋病知识水平现状,为进一步开展艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法采取整群随机抽样方法,自行设计调查问卷,对职工开展问卷调查。结果共收回有效问卷1090份,其中南昌客运段304份,南昌站275份,上饶车务段288份,宜春车务段223份。南昌客运段职工艾滋病知识知晓率为88.50%,南昌站知晓率为85.42%,上饶车务段知晓率为83.96%,宜春车务段知晓率为82.56%。平均知晓率为85.31%。,四单位职工艾滋病知识知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论根据各单位人群特点和工作性质特点,结合他们掌握知识的现状,以沿线职工为重点传播对象,以职工知晓率较低的知识条目为重点宣传内容,开展多种形式的健康教育活动。

Objective To learn the status of AIDS prevention knowledge among workers in Nanchang Railway Bureau and provide a basis for health education on the AIDS prevention. Methods A questionnaire investigation and random sample the interview in depth were conducted among the workers in Nanchang railway bureau, design questionnaire in person.Results There are 1090 valid questionnaires which have been taken back, 304 of them from Passenger Transport Depot, 275 of them from Nanchang Station, 288 of them from Shangrao Railway Train Operation Depot, 223 of them from Yichun Railway Train Operation Depot. The knowing rate about AIDS knowledge is 88.50% among the workers in Nanchang Passenger Transport Depot, the knowing rate from Nanchang Station is 85.42%, the knowing rate of Shangrao Railway Train Operation Depot is 83.96%, and the knowing rate of Yichun Railway Train Operation Depot is 82.56%. Average knowing rate is 85.31%. The difference of the knowing rates about AIDS knowledge among the workers from the four departments has statistics significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion According to characteristic of workers from different department and characteristic of work kind, their status of grasping the knowledge, workers along the line are regarded as the main promulgate object to develop many kinds of activities about health education.
